Ellis, uncles Robert Scott and Kenneth Scott. A Home- Going service was held on Thursday Aug. 24, 2017 at Mt. Pleasant United Methodist Church 801 N. Main Street Pleasant-ville, NJ 08232.

Visitation was prior to the service. Interment was at Atlantic City Cemetery. It is with great sorrow that we inform you of the loss of Christine, who passed away August 14, 2017. Christine was born in Bennington, Vermont. Christine was employed by the Philadelphia Inquirer and Resorts Casino while going to law school.

She graduated from Rutgers, receiving a Juris Doctor with Honors in May 1996. Christine was also employed by Lally, Holtzman, Gilligan Quasti, PC, Lin wood, and Law Offices of Frank J. Raso, Hammonton. Besides her dog Bandit, Christine's true love was law and education. She loved passing on her knowledge and favorite books to others.

Christine was an Adjunct Professor at the Richard Stockton College of New Jersey. Christine than started as an Adjunct Professor at Atlantic Cape Community College in September 2003. She was soon appointed as Assistant Professor, Paralegal Studies, JONES ABSECON was employed for 42 years until his retirement with BARBARA BOSCHUK FUNK AGE: 79 LITTLE EGG HARBOR TOWNSHIP Atlantic Electric. He is the husband of the late Betty Jane Jones and is survived by his daughters, Bette Anne Strauss (Allen) and Sheree Enders (John); a sister Rita Harrison (late Harry) and nieces and nephews. He is predeceased by brothers James (Lorraine), William (Mary), Edward, Charles (Margaret) and Daniel (Betty).

Visitation was Monday at the United Methodist Church of Absecon, 100 Pitney Road, Absecon, NJ 08201, where Funeral Services were held. Francis "Bucket" Jones, of Absecon, passed away on August 16, 2017. He was born in Absecon to the late James and Lillian Jones, and was a lifelong Absecon resident. Frank was a longtime member of the Methodist Church of Absecon, and was always there to lend a helping hand to anyone in need. He served in the United States Navy during the Korean War and was a member of the American Legion and VFW. Frank Eugene H.

Hartman, 61, of Mays Landing, passed away on August 21, 2017 after a long courageous battle with cancer. Gene was a lifelong resident of Mays Landing, Class of 1974 at Oakcrest HS. He served honorably in the US Army from 1976-1980. Gene was a heavy equipment diesel mechanic for 35 years. He loved the simple things in life, working in his FRANCIS EUGENE H.

AGE: 61 HARTMAN MAYS LANDING yard, tinkering with things, at Atlantic Cape Community College. Christine had many contributions to the college. She participated in the Academic Standards Committee, serving as Secretary for two years and subsequently serving as Chairperson. Christine also served as co-chair to the Paralegal Club, attending and supporting its many activities. She also participated in and supported the Paralegal Advisory Council, working with diverse professionals in the field of paralegal studies.

Christine was also a member of the South Jersey Paralegal Association. Christine is predeceased be her father, Albert and her mother, Mary both from the New England area. Christine has many friends that will miss her dearly. She will be greatly missed by her daughter, Nicole D'Attilio (Martin) and her husband, Thomas D'Attilio and her two beloved grandchildren, Taylor and Alexander all of Mullica Township. The kids will forever miss there 'Nanny Chris' and her intellectual conversations.

A gathering was held on Friday, August 25th with a memorial service at Wimberg Funeral Home, 400 Liverpool Ave, Egg Harbor City, 609-965-0357. Barbara also leaves behind her cherished grandchildren, Victoria and Alexandra Funk of Philadelphia, PA and Christopher and Kai-tlyn Kenney of Maple Glen, PA; her brother John (Jack) and Lourdes Boschuk, Jr. of Canonsburg, PA; nieces Martha Lea and Maria Boschuk of Canonsburg, PA; and many beloved longtime friends, church members and neighbors. Barbara loved to travel, her journeys took her across the country and internationally. She also enjoyed Broadway shows in New York City, cooking, gardening, and simply spending time with her friends and family.

Barbara volunteered for various local charities, church events and lunched with the Red Hats. She was happiest spending time with her grandchildren. Visitation and funeral services were held on Friday, August 25 at the Church of the Mother of God, 115 Hudson St, Mays Landing, NJ 08330. A service of committal was held on Saturday, August 26, 2017 at St. Vladimirs Cemetery, 200 Hunt Hamilton Twp.

He recently had been dividing his time between Port Republic and Matlacha, Florida. He leaves behind his inconsolable wife, Donna Lee (McGinnis); his mother, Barbara Sloan; his father, Clayton Riegel (Louise); sisters, Debbie Widman (Raymond), Donna Gaffney (Andrew), Kim DaPrato, Debra McGinnis, and Dee Kaufman (Dan); brother, Andrew Riegel; and countless nieces, nephews, union brothers, and lifelong friends. He was beloved by all. God gave Jeffrey the miracle of time to prepare which allowed him to verbalize his last wishes. He requested to have 8 Philadelphia Eagles as pall bearers so the Eagles can let him down one last time.

Visitation and Services were at St. Paul's United Methodist Church, 118 Main Street, Port Republic, NJ on Thursday, August 24th with interment immediately after in the Church Cemetery. DiSanti, Jr of Egg Harbor passed away on August 16, 2017. He was a self-employed auto body mechanic and worked for the city of Atlantic City in the police auto body garage.

He is survived by his loving companion of 32 years Tonilynn Selvagn. His sons Charles P. DiSanti and Thomas Smith (Carla). Brother and sister Joseph DiSanti and Pauline Dodds. Grandchildren Miranda DiSanti, Skyler, who he raised as his own, Jaiden and Raina Smith.

A Graveside Service with Military Honors was held on Saturday, August 26, 2017 at the Atlantic County Veterans Cemetery located in the Atlantic County Park, Route 50, Estell Manor, NJ. MARIA A. BARETTO AGE: 77 'ABSECON Maria A. Baretto, 77, of Absecon, passed away on August 19, 2017 surrounded by her family. Born in Cor-tenova Valsassina, Italy, she lived in Absecon for 38 years.

She loved taking care of her family and cats. She worked as a bookkeeper for 30 years with Gasbarro Law Firm. She is survived by her husband Luigi Baretto, former executive chef of the Ram's Head Inn, son Dr. Luigi Baretto (Dr. Marissa Magid) of Absecon, two sisters Rita Vanotti and Rosalba Thorn of Dumfries, VA, and her Gustavo Thorn (Sara Thorn) of Alexandria, VA.

Mass of Christian Burial was celebrated on Friday at St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Church, 591 New Jersey Avenue in Absecon. Mr. Grant was born August 2, 1939, in Hanover, Jamaica. He is the son of the late Lambert and the late Clarabell (Jackson) Grant. He was predeceased by his wife, Eulalee Irving Grant. He was employed by Bally's Casino Hotel, Atlantic City, NJ in Enviromental Services.

He is survived by step-son, Patrick Barker; and a host of family and friends. Ashton, 80, of Egg Harbor Twp, passed away on August 16, 2017. Born to Elwood and Leona (Perry) Ashton on January 14, 1937 in Pleas-antville, NJ. He is survived by his loving wife of 34 years, Naomi nee Whitcraft; three children, Joanne, Jef-fery Ashton, and Cindy Sa-sano; four step-children, Jake, Catherine, Frank, and Bonnie; 11 grandchildren; 2 great-grandchildren; his dog princess; and mother in-law, Catherine Simpson. He graduated from Miami Tech High School in 1954. He honorably served in the US Army.

Joe drove a tractor trailer, and after retiring he was a big truck mechanic and a handyman. He enjoyed word fine books and playing games on his computer. Joe will be greatly missed by all of us. Services will be private for the family at Laurel Memorial Park in Pomona. Mrs. Carter was born January 25, 1924, in New Orleans, LA. She is the son of the late Leopold and the late Camille (Guillame) LaPorte. She married Robert Henry Carter Jr. She was employed by Needle Craft Shoppe Boardwalk, in Atlantic City as a Seamstress.

Born October 5, 1945 in Williamsport, PA, she is predeceased by her parents, Eugene and Adelene (Cioffi) Curchoe of Williamsport, PA, and her husband of 17 years, Anthony J. Musto of Atlantic City, NJ. She is remembered by her brother Carl (Margaret) Curchoe of Liverpool, PA; son Dr. Gene (Theresa) Musto; son John (Kerri) Musto; stepson Garry (Tracy) Musto; stepdaughter Dawn (Gerry) Cic-carelli; eight grandchildren Maria, Gennaro, Julianna, Sandra, Logan, Annabella, Amelia and Caleigh. Barbara Boschuk Funk, age 79, of Little Egg Harbor Township, New Jersey, passed away on Saturday (August 19, 2017) at home after a courageous battle with Parkinson's Disease. Barbara was born in Trenton, New Jersey on April 2, 1938 and grew up in the Lalor Tract section of the city. She was the daughter of the late John Boschuk and Nadja (Rilik) Boschuk.

Barbara graduated from Hamilton High School with class of 1956. She married the late (David) Alan Funk, also of Trenton, NJ in 1957 and had two children, Mark Alan Funk and Marina Anne (Funk) Kenney. Barbara started her career at John A. Roebling's Sons Company as a secretary where she met her husband Alan, and later worked and retired as an Executive Assistant and Meeting Planner for the Houghton Mifflin Company in Hopewell, NJ. Barbara leaves behind her son and CARL SIDNEY WATTS AGE: 73 ATLANTIC CITY JEFFREY CLAYTON RIEGEL starting projects (rarely finishing them), but most of all spending time with his family.

He is survived by his wife Tracy Gordon, his daughter Julie Young (Tim Sillars), his son Zachary Hartman (Jessica Lindsay), his sister Mary Jane Hart-man, his loving companion Remi, and numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Gene is predeceased by his parents Alvin and Julia Hartman, and his sister Julia Hartman. Family and friends were invited to gather and celebrate Gene's life on Saturday, August 26th at the Boakes Funeral Home, 6050 Main Mays Landing, where services were held. Army from 1965-1972, receiving many medals and commendations. Carl worked as a paratransit driver for Easton Coach, where he received many awards for professionalism and courtesy. Carl loved his career and didn't refer to it as "work" because he enjoyed it so much. Everyone who knew him knew that he was passionate about his family, golf, his iPad, classic soul music and his many car toys and gadgets. Carl had a quick wit and always made those around him laugh.

He was "The Mighty Oak Tree of the Watts never missing a family gathering or birthday; always being there for those who needed him; and always being a straight shooter. He lived a full life on his own terms. The Watts Family takes comfort in knowing that "Budgie" enjoyed his life on this earth. Graveside services with military honors will be 10AM Thursday, August 31, 2017, Atlantic County Veteran's Cemetery, 109 Boulevard, Route 50, Estell Manor. Memorial services will be Thursday, August 31, 2017, All Wars Memorial Building, 1510 Adriatic Avenue, Atlantic City.

Carl Sidney Watts, 73, of Atlantic City, "Budgie" to family, was born on August 15, 1944, to Evelyn D. Watts and passed away on August 18, 2017, after a brief battle with cancer. Carl was predeceased by his mother, Evelyn D. Watts; sisters, Leonora Richardson, Cheryl Watts, and sister-in-law, Ella Watts.

Carl is survived by brothers and sisters: Irma Alexander (Ronald), Dorothy Watts (Carl), Phillip Watts, Floyd Watts (Merita), Stanley Watts (Sandy), Theodore Watts, Kevin Watts; companion, Dorothy Robinson; her children, Anthony and Charmaine Robinson; grandchildren, Aigner and Ahmad Robinson; Dorothy's mother, Leola Stone; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Carl grew up in Pleasantville where he attended school. Carl was a proud Vietnam Veteran serving in the U.S. On a not so beautiful golfing day, August 18, 2017, Jeffrey Clayton Riegel left this Earth to finish a long overdue game of golf. He was a wonderful husband, uncle, brother and son.

In his smiling way he had a kind word for all and always saw the best in everyone. He was the last truly, completely good man. No one that met him failed to love him. He was a true and loyal friend to many. He had his own greetings for his friends, Geno was "hey Warren was "hey Debi was "hey and Louie was" hey (inappropriate text).

Jeffrey was also known as Toad, Pup, Uncle Fred, or as he told the oncologist on his last days "just call me was born on September 5, 1960 in Atlantic City and graduated Mainland High School 1978..
