6A EGG HARBOR GALLOWAY TWP. NEWS WEDNESDAY, APRIL 13, 2016 CHARLES LEO CIRILLO AGE: 68 HAMMONTON EILEEN QUINN BARDOWSKI her high school sweetheart, Charles, and together they lived happily in Mays Landing, NJ, recently celebrating their 58th wedding anniversary. They took care of each other faithfully, especially during these last few years. Eileen's six children and their spouses were her pride and joy. Her sweet, gentle ways, her faith in God and her beautiful Irish smile kept all twelve of them close to her until the end.

For her children, Eileen created a home where they danced while doing dishes, sang while peeling potatoes, and had grateful hearts for the many times she would spend her last $5 so they could buy a hamburger OR french fries at McDonald's! She dearly loved her fourteen grandchildren and was so proud of the young adults they have become. "Nana was a sweet great-grandmother to eight beautiful little ones and a precious one on the way. Her beautiful example of nurturing love and faith will be remembered by all. Eileen loved to keep busy, and being involved with many church organizations brought her joy and closer to the Lord. She was a devoted member of St.

Bernadette's Church for more than thirty years, and more recently, St. Katharine Drexel Church. She was active in Sodality, taught CCD for twenty-eight years, was a prayer group leader until she was 78 years old, and was a former church secretary for many years. Eileen will forever live in the hearts of her loving husband, Charles; her son, William Bardowski (Lynn); daughters, Maureen Sullivan (Paul), Lisa Weiss (Brian), Denise Terry (Don), Donna Kissam (Chip), and Anne van de Rijn (Robert). She was blessed with grandchildren Lauren (Garrett), Alyssa (Ryan), Christopher (Meris), PJ, Amy (Colin), Katie (Todd), Kristie, Jessica (Chris), Jackie (Ryan), Julia, Chelsea, Chad, Joel and Jeremy.

We will continue to sing to Eileen's youngest treasures Natalie, Kelly, Casey, Marley, Gianna, Vivian, Tyler and Cienna, just like she would have. In honor of Eileen, and in lieu of flowers, we ask that you consider doing a kind deed without expecting anything in return. "Offeritup!" as Eileen would say!
